
This week from our garden we have zucchini, yellow squash, winter squash, broccoli, green peppers, green beans, tomatoes, and cucumbers. We mostly eat leftovers for lunch and the breads that I am making are for breakfast.
Our menu this week:
Monday:
Cheddar Bratwursts, Boiled Purple Potatoes, and Green Beans
Spiced Applesauce Bread using Zucchini Apple Sauce
Tuesday:
Skillet Shrimp and Rice, with Broccoli
Wednesday:
Crockpot Lasagna, Salad, and Yellow Squash Muffins
Thursday:
Zucchini Gratin, Roasted Baby Potatoes with Rosemary, Broccoli Salad
Friday:
Mexican Pot Roast, Rice, and Corn
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Saturday:
Chicken Broccoli Lo Mein
Sunday:
Chicken & Black Bean Burritos, and Steamed Yellow Squash
