Ham & Cheese Tortilla Rollups
Mac & Cheese with Sliced Hotdogs
Corn Chips & Chili Cheese Dip- Velveeta and a half a can of chili into a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
Meat & Cheese Kabobs
Triscuit or Ritz Pizzas: Triscuit or Ritz crackers with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni or other desired ingredients and bake for 5-7 minutes on 350 degrees.

  1. WOW, thanks somuch for putting this list together!!! I have really been struggling with losing weight, and really needed some inspiration:) I weigh about 165lbs and my idea weight for my size is around 125lbs. How are you winning your battle with weight? You look great! I plann to join curves sometime soon and I ride a bike and walk when I can (hopefully will buy a bie trailer for the kiddos soon) I really have a problem in portion control and need to keep my calories in check. I'd like to hear how you manage. Thanks for any pointers you can give me
