Chicken & Black Bean Burritos
1 cup Cooked and Diced Chicken
2 cups Rinsed and Drained Black Beans
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Flour Tortillas
Soften tortillas in the microwave. Fill with a small amount of chicken, beans and cheese reserving some of the cheese to top the burrito with. Roll up tightly and top with cheese and microwave for about 5 minutes. Then top with your favorite combination of salsa, onions, sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce.
