1 ½ lb. Salmon Fillets
1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Thyme
¼ Juice of One Lemon
¼ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup Olive Oil
Combine the garlic, salt, thyme, lemon juice, and olive oil in a measuring cup or large bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Place the salmon fillets in a rectangular storage container. Pour the marinade over the fillets. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Place the fillets skin side down directly over a medium fire. Pour the remainder of the marinade on the meat, but try not to spill any on the coals. Cook for eight minutes.

Yum! We love salmon at our house. I just used up the last of our thyme, I'll have to try this as soon as I can make it to the store.
