Taco Rice Skillet

1 lb. hamburger
4 c instant white rice, uncooked
4 c water
2 can stew tomatoes
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
½ c shredded mexican style cheese


Cook hamburger in large non-stick skillet. Add rice, water, tomato, and taco seasoning mix: stir until well blended. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Serve topped with cheese, shredded lettuce and other taco toppings, if desired.
