Here are some recipes I have collected to try:

Peppermint Stick Sundaes

Chocolate cream filled cookies, crumbled
Peppermint or mint chocolate chip ice cream
Chocolate Cool whip
Crushed peppermint sticks

In a dessert cup, sprinkle some broken chocolate cream filled cookies, and then place a scoop of ice cream on top, and top with Cool Whip. Garnish with a cookie and crushed peppermint sticks and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.


Fried Banana Sundaes

3 medium ripe bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tsp. honey
Vanilla ice cream
Ground nutmeg

In a large skillet, sauté bananas in butter until light golden brown, turning once. Place on serving plates; drizzle with honey. Top with a scoop of ice cream; sprinkle with nutmeg.
