Zucchini Parmesan

1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 large zucchini, quartered
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs and seasoning in a shallow bowl. Dip zucchini in egg, then in crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450 for about 20 minutes. Serves 3-4.
