Honey Ginger Chicken Breast

6 Chicken Breast
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Tablespoons Butter, melted

Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Add the ginger, garlic, soy sauce and honey, and stir.

Marinade the meat from two hours to overnight. Bring the chicken to room temperature, remove from the marinade, and grill. You can put the leftover marinade in a sauce pan, bring it to a boil and use it to baste the chicken each time you flip them.
