8 ounces of pasta
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 tsp of olive oil
¼ medium onion, chopped
8 ounces mushrooms
2 zucchini sliced and halved
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions
In a large skillet cook chicken until no longer pink, and fry onion until translucent. Add the zucchini, mushrooms, and sprinkle with the Italian seasoning. Cook until tender and season with the pepper to taste. Add pasta and mix. Add cheddar cheese and let melt slightly.
