Hawaiian Oatmeal Bread

4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
2 1/2 cups undrained pineapple
3 cups flaked coconut

Combine eggs and sugar; beat until light. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt; add to egg
mixture and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 2
greased and floured loaf pans Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
