Cream of Broccoli Soup


4 cups water
4 cups Broccoli florets
1 onion chopped
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 T chicken bouillon power
1/4 T pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups of milk

In medium cooking pot add water and broccoli bring to a boil. Cook 3 min. and drain but reserve water. Chop broccoli and set aside.In pot melt butter, onion and cook 3-4 min. till soft.Stir in flour, cook stirring constantly adding milk and chicken bouillon. Stir till thick. Add pepper, broccoli adjust seasoning to taste. Add cheese.
