Inside-Out Cheeseburgers and Hot Crash Potatoes

Inside-Out Cheeseburgers
Put the hamburger in a bowl and add salt and pepper and of course any other seasonings you would like. I like to use McCormik's Montreal Seasoning. Mix it up with your hands and then seperate the meat into fours. Pick up one pile and form into a patty and then place a mound of cheese in the middle and push the meat around the cheese to form a ball and then flatten and grill. You can use the rest of the cheese to top the burgers when you take them off the grill.
