Philippians 4:8

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8

Thinking on such things is what is best but sometimes it is hard not to let negative distractions to take up all our thoughts but if we think on the positives it leads to a happy and content life.
