This is what I made last week for my baking day:
3 dozen Muffins of Banana Oatmeal Bread
4 loaves of Zucchini Bread
8x8 pan of Lemon Sponge Cake
I put 2 loaves of Zucchini Bread, and 2 dozen Muffins of Banana Oatmeal Bread in the freezer and we ate the rest of it over the week.
