My husband and I have decided to make a huge effort to lose weight and exercise this year. We created a motivation board for ourselves in my husband’s little office. We collected ideas and quotes for our boards and used paperboard that I had in my craft office. It was a no cost project that I hope helps us to acheive our goals.
In 2010 I lost almost 100 pounds but have slowly been gaining back the weight. Although I have beaten the weight loss statistics of regaining back all the weight plus more within a 1-3 years. I’m not happy being 175 lbs. at 5 ft. 2 in. My goal is to be 145 lbs. within the next 6 months. My husband is 303 lbs. at 5ft.11in. He lost 30 lbs. in 2010 but has regained it all back. His goal is to lose 100 lbs. in 2016. We have made effort over the last couple years to get back to losing and exercising but haven’t kept up with it. Our prayer is to have a healthier year.
