Potatoes and Chicken Italian-Style

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup nonfat Italian salad dressing
2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 cup nonfat Parmesan cheese
4 baking potatoes, cut into wedges

Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle half the salad dressing, Italian seasoning, and cheese on top of chicken: top with potatoes and repeat ith remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
