Toffee Mocha Coffee Creamer

1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup packed brown sugar

Put mix into a blender and blend to a fine powder.
To use: Add 2-3 teaspoons per cup of coffee to suit your own taste.
