September 28-October 4 Menu Plan



This week from our garden we have yellow squash, winter squash, broccoli, green peppers, tomatoes, and eggplant. We mostly eat leftovers for lunch and the breads that I am making are for breakfast.

Our menu this week:

Monday:
Potato Soup, Ham & Cheese filled Biscuits, and Rolls

Fluffy Cheesecake


Tuesday:
Beefy Noodle Hamburger Helper, Mashed Potatoes, and Peas

Chocolate Chip Bread


Wednesday:
Chuck Roast w/Potatoes, Carrots, and Corn



Friday:
Maple Pork Loin Chops, Mashed Potatoes, and Broccoli


Saturday:
Sausage, Scalloped Potatoes, and Corn


Sunday:
Country Breakfast

Jellied Biscuits (Using our homemade Grape Jelly)
