Tomato-Cucumber Salad

1 pint grape tomatoes
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cubed
¼ cup diced mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1Tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, gently toss together tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, and basil. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad; toss to coat.
