Wednesday: BBQ Pork Sandwiches, and Minestrone Soup

Thursday: Cook’s B-day Day Off

Friday: Mexican Pot Roast, Rice, and Peas

Saturday: Marinated Chicken Breast, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans

Sunday: Chili Mac Skillet, and Corn
