1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/3 cup
chopped onion
1 ½ teaspoon
salt
¼ teaspoon
pepper
1 pound
ground beef
1 (15 oz.)
jar of spaghetti sauce
Reserve ½ cup
of spaghetti sauce. Mix together beef, rice, spaghetti sauce, salt, pepper, and
onion in a large bowl. Shape into 2-inch balls and place into a baking dish. Pour
reserved spaghetti sauce over top. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
