2 cup steel cut oats
7 cups water (almond or regular milk)
15-16 oz. can pumpkin puree
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup honey or maple syrup or brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a 4 qt slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
