More Time Outside

Now that I am decluttered and have a nice rhythm to my homemaking. I am going to turn my focus to spending more time outside to improve my health. 

This will include things like:
Evening walks
Walking the grand dog
Riding my bike on the bike path
Hiking in State Parks
Picnics on Saturday afternoons
Practicing yoga
Sitting on the backyard swing, reading while enjoying a cool drink
Planting the vegetable garden and tending it
Caring for my flower gardens
Caring for my herb garden
Doing outdoor projects
Backyard campfires with my family
Taking my grandchildren to the park
Visiting my dad and sitting outside in the shade
Going to Farmers Markets
Going to Concerts in the Park
Going to Uptown Friday Nights
