The Community Dumpsters

Our community is having dumpsters available for the first week of May for free. Its first come first serve, and once they are full they won't accept anymore. My husband and I took everything out of the loft of our barn that had been collected over the years. We dropped our load off as soon as it opened on Saturday morning. I'm thankful that we were able to dump our load of stuff. The dumpsters became full on the first day and stopped excepting waste.

This is one of those projects that we put off because it seems like a burden to load, dump, and pay for. I know it may seem strange but I feel like our property is lighter now. The unseen junk is gone. One less stress and a project off our list. It took about an hour of our time at no cost to us.

This is everything that we pulled out of the barn loft for the dumpsters. I'm thankful it wasn't more and the loft of our barn is now empty.

They had 3 dumpers for anything and 1 dumpster for scrap metal.
