Southern Coleslaw
















1 head cabbage, finely shredded
2 carrots, finely chopped
2 oz. radishes, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix cabbage, carrots, radishes, and onion in a large salad bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and black pepper into the cabbage mixture. Cover bowl and refrigerate slaw at least 2 hours. Mix again before serving.
