Pumpkin Bundt Cake


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1-15.25 oz box of cake mix (pumpkin, yellow or spice)

1/2 cup sugar

1-15 oz can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup water

4 eggs 

3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended, approximately one minute with a hand mixer. Pour batter into a bundt pan that has been generously sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool approximately 10 minutes prior to transferring cake to a plate or cake stand.
